GRAPES: Chardonnay, Malvasia
HARVEST: Fresh grapes harvested when perfectly ripe from the second half of August
VINIFICATION: Cold maceration for 8-12 hours, followed by soft press and fermented at controlled temperature o f 16-18°C
ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.70 g/lt
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 6.1 g/lt
DRY EXTRACT: 22 g/lt
COLOUR: Light straw yellow
AROMA: Yellow fruits and white flowers aromas, enriched by a light toasty hint.
TASTE: Soft, velvety and enveloping, with a balanced freshness, excellent drinkability and good persistence.
ACCOMPANIMENTS: It matches perfectly to fish, shellfish and white meat meals.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature 10 – 13 °C
