GRAPES: 100 % Trebbiano di Lugana
HARVEST: Fresh grapes picked by hand in the production area of Peschiera del Garda
VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration for 8-12 hours, then soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 16-18°C
MATURATION: In oak barrels for 3 – 6 months
ALCOHOL: 13% vol. TOTAL ACIDITY 5.60 g/It RESIDUAL SUGAR 5.5 g/It
COLOUR: Colour Golden yellow with greenish shades
AROMA: Bouquet with light floral notes and hints of tropical fruits, a slightly spicy aroma and a touch of toasted almonds
TASTE: Fresh, full-bodied, with a very nice sapidity and minerality
ACCOMPANIMENTS: It is an any meal wine; perfect with risotto, reasonably matured cheeses and fish
SERVING: Open 10/15 min. before serving. Serve fresh TEMPERATURE at 10-12°C
